Resources: Writing paper, pen & a helmet/cap
Purpose: To get the team to know each other better.
Overview: To share with everyone in the team something unique or unusual about themselves.
Conduct:
- Form a circle.
- Each person writes down something unique or unusual about himself (e.g. hobby, character trait) on a piece of paper, which is placed into the helmet.
- The facilitator draws out each piece of paper and reads out what is written. The team tries to guess who the individualÂ
Debrief Questions:
No debrief necessary, although it might be useful for the commander to take note of pairs or groups who seem to know each other quite well.
